About Us

We have served as banking advisors to leading US and Taiwan Private Equity firms on their M&A; projects acquiring banks in Taiwan and Japan, as well as post-acquisition business transformation projects. Talent assessment, retention, and recruiting strategy are an integral part of our consulting services.

We also specialize in recruiting senior managers for the financial services industry in Taiwan. We are distinguished by our ability to conduct searches for sensitive C-level executive positions for clients.

We started as Boon Allard LLC in Feb 2006. The company was chartered in Delaware, USA and has a branch office registered in Taipei. As Boon Associates, we continue to cross refer business with the Allard Institute, which has several decades of executive search experience in the financial services industry in the USA.
